This solidly made and elegantly looking Prayer Wheel (tib.: འཁོར་; Wylie: ‘khor) is made in famous Buddhist university of Eastern Tibet — Yarchen Gar (Tib.: ཡ་ཆེན་ཨོ་རྒྱན་བསམ་གདན་གླིང་།). The drum with mantras is fixed with two bearings. It would be a good gift as well as an article of ritual practice.

There are two mantras inside the drum:
1) mantra of Boddhisattva Avalokiteshvara “Om Mani Padme Hum” (tib.: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པ་དྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།)
2) mantra of Padmasambhava — Guru Rimpoche “Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum” (tib.: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་པཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུཾ།།)
